Customer Administrative Assistant is an an employee with systemic thinking who is ready for multi tasking. Responsibilities

  • Acceptance, processing and distribution of applications to the company;
  • Customer base maintenance and upgrade, data actualization;
  • Scheduling and realization of meetings of the company customers with its representatives;
  • Interaction with customers for various issues: from payment to agreement correction. Information processing and communication to top management;
  • Accompanying of the sale cycle and a connecting link between all the parties;
  • Initial documenting;
  • Preparation of documents for further harmonization/approval;
  • Performance of various top management orders.
