Azizi Developments is the developer company located in the United Arab Emirates in Dubai and belonging to Mirwais Azizi. For the time being, he is a chairman of Azizi Group, incorporated in 1989 and dealing with real estate, banking, investment and hotel business development. He is included into the list “100 inspiring leaders of Arabic business in the Middle East” in March 2018.
Azizi has over 54 current projects to be implemented by 2023, and over 130 scheduled projects to be implemented by 2025. So far, Azizi Developments has over 200 projects at different stages of development with the current portfolio at the amount exceeding 45 bln AED.
Azizi Developments was found in Dubai in 2007 as a subdivision of Azizi Group headed by its chairman Mirwais Azizi. In 2009, Azizi Developments signed an agreement with the developer Nakheel for erecting buildings of Al Furjan Community project. The project will include 4,000 houses, flats, hotels and areas of commercial and mixed use.
In February 2016, Azizi Developments announced the launch of the Royal Bay Residence project at Palm Jumeirah at the cost of 1.23 bln USD, that includes 90 serviced luxury apartments, located at the Palm Jumeirah semi-moon.
In October 2016, Azizi Developments completed the official transfer of Yasamine, Feirouz, Orchid, Liatris of Al Furjan developer’s package, and launched its first project, Dubai Healthcare City, Azizi Aliyah. In the same year, Azizi Developments received the “Developer of the Year” award at Construction Innovation Awards Middle East 2016.
The multi-stage public project Azizi Victoria was launched in 2017. It is located in Mohammed bin Rashid | Mohammed bin Rashid city, District 7. The project should include 30,000 residential units in British lifestyle.
Azizi Developments became the fourth developer of the year at Construction Innovation Awards ME 2018 and received the “Developer of the Year” award from Entrepreneur at Enterprise Agility Awards 2018 as a large private builder in the UAE.
In 2019, Azizi Developments became the best builder of the year at Arabian Business Real Estate Awards 2019. In the same year, Azizi Developments officially opened Alia in Dubai Healthcare City.
In January 2020, Azizi Developments announded the completion of construction of Samia residential and commercial complex in Al Furjan. Upon the completion of Samia, Azizi Developments announded the completion of Farishta construction in Al Furjan in February.
