Town Square is a mega project launched in Dubai in early March 2015. It is a promising district in the south of Dubai. Town Square Dubai building started in 2015, and now the project covers several million sq. m. The district efficiently combines various zones for active and passive recreation, green “islands” and architectural innovations. It is located along Al-Kudra Street, its area is 750 acres and, by extension, it will consist of 3,000 townhouses and 18,000 flats. According to the builder, NSHAMA, the entire project will be finished within 10 years. The complex will consist of the central public area with the size of 16 football field, over 500 trade points, a cinema to be managed by Reel Cinemas, and Vida hotel.
